Terms of Service 

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this site. This site is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect information from, children under 13. Some products, including our youth-sized apparel, are designed to be worn by children but may only be purchased by an adult.

Orders & Preorders

Collection 001 is a limited first run. Orders are processed and shipped in-house, typically within 1 to 3 business days. If we expect a delay beyond the date we gave you at the time of your order, we will notify you and offer the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. We do not offer price adjustments on previous orders.

Limited Collections

Collection 001 is produced as a limited first run. Once it sells through, it will not be reproduced.

Product Warranties

OUR PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMBLE RELIANCE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ORDER OR USE OF THIS SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have original tags attached. Eligible returns are processed as an exchange or store credit; the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. See our full Returns & Exchanges page for details.

Intellectual Property

The Humble Reliance name, logo, and all site content (including text, graphics, and product designs) are the property of Humble Reliance or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Scripture quotations on this site are used under the applicable publisher's permission guidelines, as separately noted where quoted.

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
