Privacy Policy 

Information We Collect

When you visit our site or place an order, we may collect:

•        Identifiers: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided).

•        Order information: products purchased, order history, payment confirmation (we do not store full payment card numbers — these are processed directly by our payment processor).

•        Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar technical data collected automatically through standard website cookies.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our site is intended for use by adults; where a product (such as our youth-sized apparel) is intended for a child, the purchase and any account or email signup is made by the parent or guardian, not the child.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our store, hosted on Shopify, uses cookies necessary for core site functionality — such as keeping items in your cart, remembering your session, securing checkout, and preventing fraud. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics pixels (such as Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or Google Ads tracking). If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool is activated, and you will be able to manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to process and ship orders, respond to customer service requests, send order-related communications (confirmations, shipping updates), prevent fraud, and, with your consent, send marketing emails about new collections and brand updates.

Sharing of Information

We share personal information only with service providers necessary to operate the store:

•        Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider, which hosts the store and processes transactions.

•        Our payment processor, to securely process payments.

•        Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS), to deliver orders.

•        Our email service provider, to send order and marketing communications.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, request correction or deletion, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are generally defined). This includes rights available under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) and comparable laws in other states, including Texas and Virginia. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

This website is a general-audience site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal information may contact us at hello@humblereliance.com.

Data Retention & Security

We retain order and account information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to comply with our legal and tax obligations. We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date below, and, where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
